Kennedale ISD Goals Goal # 1 - KISD has quality and highly motivated staff and faculty. Objectives: 1. Recruit and hire the best qualified personnel available. 2. Create and maintain a supportive environment for personnel. 3. Involve faculty and staff as team members/stakeholders in a partnership to reward excellence. Goal # 2 - KISD has quality educational facilities and programs that meet the needs of a diverse student population.
Objectives: 1. Create programs to promote student achievement, critical thinking, problem solving abilities, responsibility, productivity, creativity & good citizenship a. Achieve and maintain exemplary ratings. b. Create an environment for success in education after high school to meet the needs of the 21st century learner. 2. KISD promotes the use of state of the art technology for learning. required and elective courses. Goal # 3 - KISD communicates and partners with families and community to strengthen the educational process. Objectives: 2. Encourage correspondence and participation with partners and stake holders in the educational process. 3. Kennedale schools are involved in community projects.
